These general terms and conditions & rules applicable for all types of training including internships training, workshops, online training, and special training etc.
All events / times are tentative and subject to change. (May change due to unforeseen circumstances) We aim to keep everyone informed and will give a timely notice in case anything changes.
Also note – Training Dates and Timings and please arrange hotel accommodation accordingly. Please kindly note that accommodation will not be provided by us and accommodation is not part of the registration fee, IFS staff will provide you with general information about accommodation options near the training place.
Anyone can apply but Preference will be given to Forensic Science Students or Professionals.
We have limited seats, and registration will be confirmed on first come and first serve basis.
Printed certificate + I-Card will be provided to all offline / classroom based participants, Only Digital / eCertificate will be provided to Online Participants. Certificate will be provided only after attending & successful completion of all sessions, solving all the assigned sample cases / tasks, and after submitting feedback form. No certificate will be provided if you quit the training before completion of internship / training period or if you have not attended all the sessions / lessons.
Training fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be refunded if all seats are full. As per our Bank Agreement = No Refunds, No Charge-backs, No Disputes allowed.
Once registration is confirmed, it will not be cancelled under any circumstances. No refund – if you don’t attend or fail to join due to any issues from your side. No refunds – If training is not completed within scheduled time frame, not joined on scheduled date, or partially completed. Internship training dates once confirmed will not be changed / postponed.
Any undelivered and returned consignments will be re-dispatched after shipping fee payment.
IFS reserves the right to refuse the refund that does not meet criteria. Shipping, payment gateway charges, PG taxes and insurance charges etc are non-refundable. In case of cheque return, bounce or dishonor you will also have to bear cheque return charges, shipping fee and handling charges of Rs. 250 to 500 Rs.
Always call to / accept calls from official numbers only. Don’t answer calls from any other numbers. If you receive an unwanted call from someone who claims to be IFS Staff or working with IFS, feel free to hang up at any time. Don’t call a number they gave you. So, please do not call to any other numbers and We do not call from any other numbers. Fraudsters may upload fake numbers on their fake websites which come up in Google search results. If you receive a call from any other number, ask them to call from 97 97 100 100 or 93 83 100 100 or 90 11 864 864 or 020 41264864. For any suspicious activity always confirm it from IFS by email. IFS will not be responsible for any loss. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage you or we may suffer as a result of your failure to do so. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions, any days of absence during the training period will neither be carried forward nor result in an extension of the training duration. A certificate will be issued only for the days the participant was present during the training. Use of mobile phones is restricted during sessions unless specifically allowed by the trainer.
Always use officially mentioned details for any payment. Do not pay to any other name, upi id or account numbers. Only pay to official account names, numbers & director name accounts mentioned above. We do not accept any payments to the staff account. For any suspicious activity always confirm it from IFS by email. IFS will not be responsible for any loss. Training attendance will be counted on a calendar date-to-date basis. If a training program is scheduled for one month starting from the 15th of a month, it will be considered complete on the 15th of the following month, irrespective of the total number of attendance days in between (not on the total count of 30 training days.). For example, a one-month training starting on 15th June will conclude on 15th July and not after 30 attendance days.
No field visits or crime scene visits will be conducted for candidates. Such activities are strictly reserved for training programs designed exclusively for law enforcement officers.
Basic forensic science knowledge is mandatory before joining any training program. Theoretical concepts will not be taught during training sessions. Training is focused on practical exposure and application.
Participants must maintain professional behavior, follow office / laboratory safety protocols, and respect office equipment.
Participants are responsible for selecting programs appropriate to their academic level and prior subject knowledge.
Each day begins with explanation of tasks by the trainer. Participants are expected to work or practice independently for the remaining day. Selection of training should match the participant’s prior subject knowledge. Without theoretical background, it will be difficult to follow practical sessions.
Information, documents, and case materials handled during training are confidential and must not be shared or published. Unauthorized recording, photography, or use of training materials outside permitted purposes is strictly prohibited.
Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the training duration and assignments. The organization reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of misconduct, incomplete tasks, or poor participation.
Participation in the training does not guarantee employment or future association with the organization. The organization reserves the right to modify schedules, program structure, or trainers without prior notice.

In case of any disputes, the decision of IFS shall be final. The jurisdiction for legal disputes, if any, will be limited to Courts situated at Pune.
